About us
Prokoncept is a company specializing in services within the field of costume jewelry and luxury goods. We manufacture components used in jewelry production. Our main clients are French fashion houses. We carry out projects according to the client’s design, either using materials they provide or our own. We specialize in the production of short series, prototypes, and test components. We offer jewelry production using non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper, and tin alloys, as well as various types of steel and non-metallic materials, including leather, glass, and various polymers and synthetics. -
Prototypical production
We specialize in the production of prototypes and test series for jewelry and luxury goods components. We develop the necessary technologies for short series production, realizing the ambitious visions of designers. Our expertise includes various processes of mechanical metal shaping, including final surface finishing. Our many years of industry experience and our team’s commitment ensure the highest production quality. -
Soldering
We perform precise flame soldering. Depending on the technological requirements, we use lead-free silver-based solder. Fluxes, wires, and solder pastes are sourced from reputable European manufacturers. Our extensive experience in soldering allows us to achieve clean, strong, and aesthetically pleasing joints required in the jewelry and luxury goods industry. The safety, durability of the joints, aesthetics of the seams, and repeatability translate into the highest quality of soldered details. -
Bending
Shaping is a technological process involving bending or pressing components to achieve the desired form. Achieving a satisfactory final effect requires repeatability of the obtained shape. We create very complex jewelry shapes using basic materials such as wires, rods, tubes, and sheets. To give products their final form, we use bending machines, presses, and various hand tools. -
Treatment of a product's surface
Work on jewelry demands attention to the smallest details. The structure of the element's surface and the aesthetics of its joints play a crucial role in its visual appeal. The desired surface structure is achieved by grinding jewelry components using abrasive materials of varying granularity. The final stage of surface finishing involves polishing to achieve a mirror-like effect. This production stage employs vibratory and magnetic tumblers, but the unique character of the jewelry is achieved through a focus on manual surface finishing. -
Chemical cut, with the usage of laser and water
Laser cutting and engraving is an advanced technology that allows for creating any shapes, even the most intricate ones, with exceptional precision and repeatability. We use deep engraving with a fiber laser, which involves vaporizing a metal layer using the power of focused light. We engrave logos, inscriptions, and any patterns at various depths with precision that exceeds the capabilities of the human eye. Such markings are extremely durable and highly decorative. -
Jewellery assembling
Most work during the jewelry assembling stage is done manually. Tasks include assembling jewelry components, such as closing loops, setting and gluing cubic zirconia or any other stones, knotting pearls and stones, as well as many other operations that require focus and precision. -
Tin labels
Our team offers labels being produced in their oldest form. The labels are produced in a special , remodeled technology. Tin is being ennobled and processed - increased in height and given a certain appeareance. Provided labels are cut out, backed with sizing of high quality, ready to mannual application. After sticking it to glass, cardboard, wood or other material, the glue is resistant to moisture and other external conditions. -
