ProKoncept offers a wide range of craft service in the area of bending, binding elements, cutting with laser and water and forming out of tin. From the very beginning of our activity we cooperate with producers of jewellery and artistic goods from all Europe. Thanks to that, we are able to offer our clients the highest quality in production of prototypical goods. As a part of a complex service, ProKoncept counsels, guides and helps on deciding on the best method of performing orders, taking individual needs and possibilities of each client into account.

Prototypical production

We specialize in prototypical and short-term production of elements of jewellery made of brass, copper and tin. We are capable of fulfilling any vision that a designer has in mind, even one that is very demanding, ensuring the highest quality of a project. We do profiling, cutting, soldering, assembling and hemming of the surface, including its polishing as well.

Soldering

Soldering is a branch in our production, which is based on a long-term experience of our team, as well as on the knowledge about existing technologies. Our team is distinguished by aiming to perfection both in the aesthetics of welds and durability of its combinations.

Bending

We work on short-series bending processes with a maximum reproducibility of the shape of the details. We use precisely designed plate that enables bending sheets of metal, pipes and rods into any shape, from basic ones to those more complex. What we also use are benders and shaping tools that give the final form to the product.

Treatment of a product's surface

The final look of the product is given by the surface treatment. This includes engraving, polishing and blunting and rounding of the edges. Using machines or manual treatment is in this case dependent on the needs.
We work on:
• table mills, orthostichy and small milling machines for manual treatment of the surface
• circular magnetic mills, which are designed for initial clearage and buffing of details requiring special treatment. It also gives access to hardly approachable places, indentations and apertures.

Chemical cut, with the usage of laser and water

To create flat elements, depending on the task, we use the technology of chemical cutting, cutting with laser or cutting with water stream. These are unique and modern technologies that ennable cutting various and complicated shapes in a wide range of materials of 0,1 mm.

Jewellery assembling

In our offer we also have the possibility to assemble semi-finished products. A big part of our orders we perform manually but at the request of our client, are we capable of creating half-automated production line for a short-time lasting products.

Tin labels

Our team offers labels being produced in their oldest form. The labels are produced in a special , remodeled technology. Tin is being ennobled and processed - increased in height and given a certain appeareance. Provided labels are cut out, backed with sizing of high quality, ready to mannual application. After sticking it to glass, cardboard, wood or other material, the glue is resistant to moisture and other external conditions.
